The doctors here at Sunshine, despite their vast knowledge, only see cats and dogs at this time.

Yes! We have a digital x-ray machine, ultrasound, in-house lab, pharmacy, cold laser, fully equipped surgery suite, and the best doctors and staff around!

Unfortunately we do not offer grooming, but if necessary we can do shavedowns.

There is an interactive map on our "Keep In Touch" page you can use to find our exact location.

Do you have any puppies or kittens for adoption?

There are always pups and kittens looking for homes, but not always here at the hospital. Give us a call to check on the status of our adoptees.

Can I bring my pet here in case of emergency?

Our doors are open for your pet no matter the cicumstance, however, if your pet has experinced a life-threatening accident or major injury we may refer you to our friends at BluePearl in Clearwater. See our "Emergencies" page for more details.

How long will it take for the results of my pet's labwork?

Our off-site lab, Antech, can take anywhere from two days to several weeks to return results to us - depending on the test. Our doctors and technicians will always keep you up to date on your lab-orders' status.

What vaccines do you require for boarding?

To board with us your pup must be up to date on their annual Bordetella, Distemper, and Rabies, we also require semi-annual fecal testing. Yearly Canine Influenza vaccination and heartworm testing is reccomended. Our feline friends have the same requirements, up to date Rabies, FVRCP, and semi-annual fecal tests are required to stay with us.
